Michelle Billington
Disbursement and Recording Team Leader
Being at Equity National Title for many years, Michelle has become an indispensible part of the team. She's worked her way up through the ranks from part-time receptionist to loan processor and underwriter before finally becoming our Disbursement and Recording Team Leader.
Her workday finds her managing workflow, forecasting resource needs, resolving escalated matters, monitoring production processes and identifying opportunity for process improvement. Michelle also spends a good amount of time promoting teamwork and empowering her co-workers. She believes, like we all do, that a caring and connected team results in a happier and more productive workplace.
Michelle likes to spend as much time as she can with her family, doing fun things like going to the movies, theme parks, cookouts and road trips. She gets her creative on by cooking and scrapbooking.
